Our monthly free Internet Recruiting e-newsletter, featuring the latest Advanced Online Recruiting Techniques written by Glenn Gutmacher, founder and lead instructor of the renowned Internet recruiting training firm Recruiting-Online.com, is now accepting additional sponsors for monthly issues after .

The newsletter is not fluff, but rather chock-full of useful, hands-on Internet recruiting tips in a convenient, easy-to-scan format. Currently, over 5,400 recruiters are loyally subscribed, primarily but not exclusively New England-based. The breakdown is about 50 percent HR/recruiting staff and contractors at direct employers, about 45 percent recruiters from contingency and retained staffing firms and temp-to-perm agencies, and about 5 percent online recruiting vendors and related services. If you have a product or service geared to recruiters or their companies, this should be a no-brainer: According to Forrester Research, e-newsletters garner an average response rate of 18%, versus less than one percent for click-through rates on the average banner ad.

Availabilities & Rates

Each of the following ad positions can be up to 50 words of text (including URLs or emails counted as one word each), approved by the editor, and requires running across the full subscriber list:

At 5,400 subscribers, for example, this would correspond to a cost of $1,350.00 per monthly ad (top position), $1,080.00 (middle position), or $810.00 (lower position).

Packages & Terms

  • Single-issue sponsors will be accepted on a space-available basis and are payable in advance.
  • Quarterly package: Sponsor three consecutive newsletters (minimum one ad per month) in and your total cost is locked at the rate corresponding to 5,250 subscribers, regardless of how many more subscribe (increases are inevitable!). Your ad copy can be changed as often as monthly.
  • Annual package: Sponsor 12 consecutive newsletters (minimum one ad per month) beginning after our issue and your total cost is locked at a rate corresponding to 5,000 subscribers, regardless of our list growth!
  • Rates are commissionable to authorized recruitment ad agencies. For single-issue advertisers or after your package period ends, total price will be adjusted monthly thereafter based on current subscriber count.
  • Vendor category exclusivity will be considered on a case-by-case basis at a premium rate.
  • Sponsorships will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, until all slots are filled.
