Recruitment Trends 2023: Insights from 25 Industry Experts & Thought Leaders (Jan. 2023) is an easy-read summary (free download) of recruiting and sourcing trend predictions for 2023 compiled by MatcHR from 25 sourcing/recruiting leaders (including thoughts from me on pp. 13-15)
Glenn was listed among the top Talent Sourcing Thought Leaders to Follow in 2023 here on Wizard Sourcer but frankly, this 2020 interview by Wizard Sourcer (Jonathan Kidder) was probably my best encapsulation of my past thinking of sourcing.

"Online networks gain speed among HR departments" featured an interview with Glenn about how relationship capital management portals are used in recruitment sourcing in the Dec. 10-16, 2004 issue of Boston Business Journal (it is hosted here because BBJ archives only a minority of their print edition articles on their website).

Three articles for Mass High Tech's Recruitment special sections: The most recent ("Back to grass-roots recruiting efforts") was published in the May 7, 2001 issue, and was updated and published on HR.com in August 2003 (requires free login) with the same title. The first ("How to use the Web to find employees - fast") appeared in the June 12, 2000 issue and the second ("Casting the net: E-mail newsletters bring leads") in the Aug. 21, 2000 issue. An edited version of the first piece was published in MHT's sister publication, Dallas-Fort Worth TechBiz, as "Advanced Internet searches can produce a goldmine of candidates" in the Nov. 13 issue. (Note: Both publications' editing staff inserted some typos in the Boolean search strings in Glenn's first article that led to errors. Click here for Glenn's original version, and note the corrected portions in the boxes. These searches do work!)
"Secrets of Online Recruiters Exposed", a 2,000-word piece on Internet recruiting techniques solicited by the publisher of Workforce magazine for their October 2000 issue and "Diverse Workforce Requires Balanced HR Leadership", a feature from 12/1/98. Careers
The CXR Foundation reviewed 12 decades of research across hundreds of milestones from the early 1900s to today to compile the 'The history of recruiting', including many first-person accounts from influential people in the field to explain how recruiting (and sourcing) has come to be. First published in April 2023, it's a fascinating read to understand how things have evolved and where trends are likely to take us. Glenn is referenced in the 1990s section.
Glenn served as a panelist for the popular ERE-hosted webinar on alternative ways for talent acquisition professionals to find new roles presented in March 2023.
Glenn was the coordinator of the Catch the Career Express event for south shore Massachusetts job-seekers, held in conjunction with JVS Career Moves on Feb. 15, 2012. See promotional flyer (PDF) or registration page.
